The purpose of this Privacy Policy located at www.filplast.pl is to inform you about the purposes, methods and duration of the processing of your personal data by Filplast Sp. z o.o., and about the ways to exercise your rights. 2. To ensure that the processing of personal data complies with the law, the security of your personal data will be supervised by the person appointed by the PDC, who can be contacted:

   • implementation and providing services by electronic communication, in particular electronic mail by means of electronic communication: sending messages of advertising nature, the so-called. newsletters, containing promotional offers, information about new products, changes in product offerings, etc;
   • Implementation of commercial and marketing activities through the phone numbers and e-mail addresses provided for use on the Internet: phone contact with legal and natural persons in matters related to the initiation of potential cooperation, collecting information about the quality of products manufactured, needs in matters of advertising materials, etc;
   • personal data as defined by law (e.g. IP address) concerning the visitors of Filplast Sp. z o.o., collected by means of the above-mentioned “Google Analytics” tool, we use primarily for the purpose of web traffic analysis (for statistical purposes).
6. The PDC guarantees uninterrupted access to your data and the possibility of correcting, revising and completing it at any time. Where technically possible, the PDC shall also ensure that personal data can be transferred to another controller, in a structured,
   commonly used PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY in a machine-readable format. If your consent is the basis for processing your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time. However, making such a decision does not affect the controller’s right to the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent before you revoked it.
7. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for any reason. Once we receive it, we will stop processing
   your data for the purpose or purposes to which you have objected, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, the rights and freedoms of others, or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending against claims.    • The right to request access to personal information;
   • The right to request correction of personal data;
   • The right to request erasure of personal data when:
     • the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
     • when you establish that we are processing your personal data in violation of the law and that will be legally confirmed,
     • personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under European Union or Polish law,
     • you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, and the processing was carried out on the basis of this consent.
10. The legal bases under which your personal data may be processed:
    • based on your consent – Article 6.1.a RODO;
    • on the basis of pre-contractual activities or the contractual relationship between us – Article 6.1.b RODO;
    • due to a legal obligation to PDC in connection with the implementation of EU or Polish law – Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO;
    • in connection with the realization of the legitimate interest of PDC – Article 6(1)(f) of RODO.
11. Storing Period for Your Personal Data:
    • Your personal data is stored only to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent upon the Controler and only for the period necessary to
      achieve the purposes for which the personal data are collected, in line with applicable data protection legislation;
    • When the Controler no longer needs to process personal data, they will be permanently deleted from the IT systems, unless the obligation to store them further results from applicable laws;
    • If you apply to recruitment advertisements posted on www.filplast.pl, your personal data will be processed for the following period:
      • the duration of the recruitment process, but no longer than 2 years in the case of consent to participate in future recruitment processes,
      • Until the expiration of the limitation periods for any claim of discrimination, for at least 3 years from the date the claim became due, but no later than 10 years after the end of the recruitment: basis under Art. 4421 of the Act of 23 April 1964. Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1025, i.e. dated 29.05.2018) in conjunction with. art. 300 of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labor Code (Journal of Laws 2018, item 917 i.e. dated 16.05.2018).
